You may not be able to hear audio if you are using Apple’s Safari browser. 

This is because the default behaviour of the Apple Safari browser is to 

disable audio playback for websites unless it is explicitly set.

Let’s look at how to change this, so you are able to play back sound in 

Safari.

1. Go to your login page: https://cloud.blackbird.video/login

2. Navigate to Safari (top left of screen), then to settings for (note we are altering the settings for cloud.blackbird.video/login)

3. From here set the Auto-Play (which defaults to "Stop Media with Sound" to "Allow All Auto-Play" 

4. Close Safari, then start it back up. You can now listen to sound.
